Orders from Peninsular Malaysia packages are shipped via NinjaVan. Packages usually arrive in 2-5 working days.
Orders from Sabah & Sarawak will be shipped via Poslaju. Packages will usually arrive in 2-5 working days.

|How long does it normally take to ship out my order once payment is made?|
Readystock Items will be shipped within 2 business days.
Pre-Order Items are typically shipped within 14 business days after payment is made. Our pre-order cycle closes every Friday. Business days do not include public holidays and weekends. This is subject to change at any time without notice.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link and number to trace your parcel. Shipping transit times only start to run once you are provided with a tracking number. Please allow at least 24 - 48 hours for your tracking number to appear on the system.
|What if my parcel goes missing?|
Once your parcel is shipped from our side, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service and we are not responsible for any losses/damages of the parcel.
We will be more than happy to provide the any receipts/pictures required but we will not be able to do further than that.
