|Do you accept returns and exchanges?|
FavCosmeticsKL will only provide returns and exchanges for the following reasons:
1. Incorrect item
If a product has been opened, used and or tested and is not faulty, a refund or exchange cannot be given.
- We do not offer returns for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases.
- All replacement items are subject to stock availability.
- No refunds or exchanges will be given on items that are ‘on sale’ or on promotion.
- No refunds of exchanges will be given on 'free gift' items.
- Customer requests for refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for customers who fail to notify us of their intent to return/exchange within 24 HOURS of receiving their goods.
|How do I return the items?|
You have 5 business days to return an otder from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Please note: that you are responsible for postage costs or postal losses on returned goods – please ensure that you use the appropriate postal service for your item and obtain proof of posting from the post office or carrier. We recommend you use an insured and registered service with tracking.
FavCosmeticsKL will not be responsible for packaging negligence and are unable to process returns if stock was damaged in transit upon return, unless the item/s being returned was originally damaged.
2. Kindly wait for a reply from our team with an address for return.
3. Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
*All items must be shipped back within 5 working days ( MALAYSIA )
|Who will bare the shipping costs?|
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet the above-mentioned criteria.
